Screw zone for you however....lol. Trust me...I feel your pain.

I know you do!  I was cheering for you like mad in the blizzard.  I was offline that day but I know you savor each one...  I am ok though...there will be a lot of snow waiting for me when I get home thursday.  I'm a bit of a snowpack ho.

It comes and goes....When it comes, it's ripping great flaeks.  When it goes, it melts pretty quickly.  Makes me hope that Wednesday event can come largely at night--can only hlep an iffy situation.

Hey, let me know how it ends up.  If Tuesday night/Wednesday pans out I may pull a sick day and head up your way to do some tree skiing.

You'll have plenty more coming upon your return IMHO.

Have seen a few branches laying in the street around the area. Wonder if we do see a few outages in areas.

What's the ceiling on this event? Almost toward the high end of the advisory here and its supposed to continue though much of the day, correct?

I was just wandering around in the front yard and heard some decent size branches snapping in the woods.  Hasn't affected my power yet though.  Concord patch reported ~1000 households without power in Bow/Concord as of 1.5 hr ago.

Thanks for posting the map, Jeff. With the way the snow is coming down, I see now problem with that map verifying.

Outage map makes locating the heavy band pretty easy.

I got stuck in that band on the way up. 93 was stalled to 0 at one point with two cars blocking the only part of the road somewhat passable. It got better about 5 miles up 89. Worst conditions I've driven in for many many years

Sunapee had gotten about 5/6" since 9am. I cleared this railing at 930.

(Will post photo later)

actually look at those 30dz over CON!  Wow they are continuing to get clocked and might hit 12 too.  Pretty freakin awesome.  My partner is down there getting a massage that I got him for his bday.  The massage guy wanted to cancel but my partner said no.  He took my Subaru, not his Mazda, so he should be able to get home lol.

There was a 30+dz band sitting right along 89 from about exit5/6 up to about exit 9.  That looked awesome.
