cloneranger Posted February 22, 2013 Share Posted February 22, 2013 Is there a site where one can find a listing of the times during the day when high/low temperatures and 24-hour precip values are reported for various countries in the world? For example, in browsing through some METAR file, it looks like China reports highs at 18Z and lows at 06Z...but I can't really determine when they report 24 precip. Thanks for any and all help!
