Flipped to real snow about a 1/2 hour go.  Had a quick groudn whitening burst, now jsut back to light flakes.

It will affect snow depth but not really accumulations when you wipe the snowboard clean every 6 hours. Could be the type of thing where the snow measurement is 5" but the depth is never much higher then 3-3.5"...esp if the snow is wet for a time.

 

yup--I was thinking snow on the ground.

I could see Ray getting in on some decent rates. Far enough inland to avoid marine stuff, far enough east to get lift

He might be warm though at the start

he's really in the same boat as alot of 128 area i think .....

 

no elevation for ray ray ....doesn't seem like marine stuff (coastal front) just a marginal bl at low elevations

2pm spc mesoanalysis (critical thicknesses) indicates NE CT and much of interior MA can definitely see snow, especially if some heavier echoes move in. Been mostly rain here in SW Hartford County unless heavier precip moved in. Then saw some gloppy flakes.
