OBS - we had a 30 second sleet shower here, and now is just a drizzle. 30 seconds of frozen and now rain. Winchester reporting 28F, but that's got to be hogwash. Models yesterday had precip arriving between 18-0z (closer to 18z). If that showery crap in WV/VA holds together, that timing will be pretty good. Still will probably only amount to a few hundredths.
