das Posted February 22, 2013 Share Posted February 22, 2013 28.3F here in Clarksburg on a due east breeze of 4mph. Little patches of precip moving thru are ZR on all elevated surfaces. Grass is crunchy. Roads might have ben except for the 1,000,000lbs of salt MoCo threw down this afternoon. The S/IP here lasted around 5 minutes then went straight to ZR. We topped out at 30.7F around noon but were only above 30F for less than an hour and above 29F for two hours. It's been holding steady at 28.3-28.5F for the last 3 hours.
