Clinch Leatherwood
You guys would all make very bad doctors. "You're dying, you're not dying, you're healthy, sorry you're now dead." NAM looks absolutely terrific IMBY. For point of reference MBY will be CNH come Sunday am.

ORH_wxman
Not for BOS really, but NE MA does well. Verbatim it gives BOS a huge paste job, but a track that close might be ugly in reality with a CF just W of BOS.

moneypitmike
Nice hit for SNH and ME. Low goes over ther Cape. Yeah--pretty close in. Looks good for many (ahem), and dicey for others. But, it's long-range NAM stuff still. Doubt I'll make it up for the GFS. But, nice warning event there fwiw.

That would be great for MQE..lol. I don't like that look here. There is a vort that develops at hr 78 over NJ. That may help bring this north, but man if that doesn't happen, it would blow SE of ACK. ChrisM
I think I have to start getting un-emotionally invested in this soon. I have a feeling I am going to have to endure posts from Will RIPPING just 30 mi to my NE or whatever while I'm watching drips come down from the gutters lol

Logan11
Hey ..Im over about 20ish miles west of KALB now. Years ago I was in the Mid Hudson Valley. So hopefully elevation and latitude will be on our side this time. Hey Rick. Long time. We got 3" out of SuperMegaStorm Nemo or whatever the hell it was. I choose to remain pessimistic. ORH_wxman
It takes almost the exact track of Dec '05 over the Canal from ACY.
Max
I'm already conceding N. CT for this event. I'll be happy with 6 inches of slop. Anything more than that I will consider a bonus especially if I can get dryslotted and not change to rain.

donsutherland1
For reference, the following are the 20 highest monthly figures for Boston and Worcester. Earlier, I had incorrectly listed Worcester's highest monthly figure at 50.9". The record is actually 55.0". Nevertheless, the upcoming storm could allow February 2013 to be among the 10 highest months for both Boston and Worcester.

OceanStWx
So Phil , let's talk tides, wind and two pretty big storms in 4 days. The way I see it. The seas will not get a chance to lay down, tides increase, multiple tide cycles on a very damaged shoreline. Beginning to think this might be a bigger story as the week passes. December 27th "only" had tides at 9.5 ft (pre-surge) and the coastal damage was stated to be the worst since Patriots Day. So not an impossibility if things can max out around that Sunday morning high tide.
Chrisrotary12
I'd hit it here...gets a bit close for comfort though Agreed. The NAM is fine in my opinion. Looks like a typical Nor'easter.
Clinch Leatherwood
Nice. Where specifically? Haven't decided yet tons of room available. Either concord and will ski Sunapee or maybe YBY at the place across the street and hit Loon. Some will depend on the rest of the model suite, I don't think it stops ticking north this time. Logan11
I stayed at a place called Woodwards in Lincoln, NH on my hike weekend last Oct. That was a nice place and area, but probably too far north for the best snow this time. Haven't decided yet tons of room available. Either concord and will ski Sunapee or maybe YBY at the place across the street and hit Loon. Some will depend on the rest of the model suite, I don't think it stops ticking north this time. Beginning to think this might be a bigger story as the week passes. it really depends steve. if this goes over ACK at like 998 or whatnot, i don't see it being a very big deal. maybe up the coast further toward NH or ME but with respect to the regions damaged 2 weeks ago, it wouldn't be that bad. if it stays south of the islands a good distance and isn't running parallel to the south coast, it's a different story. weathafella
Ironically, this is almost trending into a front end thump. Was jus thinking that. Polar opposite of the thinking 12 hours ago. Give us half of. The BOS differential for the record now and the other half next system.
