An interesting note on the GEFS is that the warmer solutions are all weaker with the low...the solutoons that really bomb the low out all have the mid-level temps collapsed to the southeast...dynamic cooling is definitely the dominant factor on those solutions.

 

Very spring like. I don't have much interest for down here, but it should be fun for a lot of you guys to the NW.

maybe halfway between ACK and the BM. low is a little weaker. looks good from ORH to the Berks and into VT/NH

actually continues on NE...maybe up near CHH and then to just east of the Cape. nice event for that area that will outlined earlier...berks/GC/N ORh county. perhaps some folks further south and east too

That's still a great vort track...I'd bet the Euro will bomb the storm out more in subsequent runs if that upper air track stays steady.

yeah that's what i'd like to see. i'm not expecting all snow by any stretch of the imagination out here but do want that big height crash during the second half of the storm to have some fun weather around. that run is a much more tame storm than the 00z run. fairly run of the mill in terms of impact.
