Damage In Tolland
image.jpg Heavy, heavy spring. Avoiding snow banks all around the course, and still needing suntan lotion for the dome. I saw that on Eksters FB page . Is that you?
OceanStWx
I saw that on Eksters FB page . Is that you? It is. To me, it seemed like a better lie than hitting off those gnarly roots behind me. So I didn't opt for a drop.

Ginx snewx
love the look of the latest gfs,wow just awesome. Beware the south wind for the coast, SSTs running 6-7 degrees colder than last year, .2 qpf in 9 days is not good either.
CoastalWx
Hopefully the weeklies are wrong because they look crappy after week 2. They start developing a ridge over the SW and a -NAO by week 4 with anomalies more towards srn Greenland.

CoastalWx
Sounds like Ryans doing that Wednesday could be an interior deal, but I don't think the GFS tropical depiction will work out here in this area for Thursday an Friday.

Logan11
But if the Euro has any consistency at 12Z and 0Z etc. about the late Wed-Sat cool down, in all likelihood it will win. It almost always does. It really backed off on the cold push Wed-Thu from yesterday's 12z run to last night's run and the 00z ens were warmer than the op.

Logan11
Ahh I hadn't even looked at it for 24 hrs. I figured if there wasn't much discussion in here it probably wasn't worth bothering with. Logan11
Hey if a legit shot for snow appears I'm " all in". But I understand the probabilities so I'm not spending much time on models now unless I hear it's worth bothering. 1-2' this week, Snow pack until july
Clinch Leatherwood
This week looks up and down but not bad. The only shame is we could have made hay with this pattern in January or February. But oh well.

Logan11
21/42 here today which is fairly far below normal for April 6th I'd say.Surprised we are down to 23 now...nice bite to the air. Yes Scoob I know the obs site in Duanesburg to the north is 29, but they are a few hundred feet higher and never radiate as good on nights like this. LOL Deep, deep April.
