WhAt will you be doing outside today to enjoy your nice weather? Maybe it will give others an idea of some things they too can do to enjoy 48 and a sun/ cloud mix

In the past three days I've seen people: Running, road biking, cross country skiing, snowshoeing along the river, sledding, kids playing basketball at the elementary school, street hockey, long-boarding, then there is always alpine ski/snowboarding, among other things. You have all the snow sports, plus the dry pavement sports..

I'm not really sure why you don't think people couldn't possibly do anything outside when its in the 40s and sunny.

What can't you do right now aside from play baseball, golf, or go to the beach? You don't need a green lawn to enjoy outdoor activities, lol. You obviously enjoy running outside and so do a lot of folks when the weather gets sunny.

I think it's about time for Kev to fire up a spring GTG thread.

Spring cancel, possible major volcanic eruption and 1816 spring/summer incoming.

I'm in shorts. And I'd rather do yardwork in 50s rather than 80s. We have full sun here too so the nape is getting brown.

Haha yeah I don't consider that fun outdoor stuff though.

It's funny because I feel like there is actually more to do right now outside than there when its 90 in July. Snow sports and non snow sports all in the same day...and can take a run on the back roads at 5pm without dying of heat exhaustion.

So you're doing yard work in the 6-8 inches of snow you told us you had OTG yesterday? Cool. Snap a few pics of the rakes and grass and stuff

I'm doing yard work in 8" of snow. Trees and branches can be pruned, cut and stacked. Cleaning out the potters, gutters, etc. have to paint the trim on the shed, that sort of stuff.

Sorry to hear that 49F and sunny keeps you inside because of a little snow on the ground. Get the stuff done so when it's 70F and sunny you can just sit on the deck.
