Ginx snewx
Steve someone said they were leaving the board but they haven't leftLol I knew if I said that you would pony up lol. It might feel warm in the sun but this wind is chilly. I am outside helping landscaping cut down the 6 dogwood we lost at work during the blizzard. Baroclinic Zone
Will you be taking out the slip 'n slide? Nude sunbathing. Deep, deep winter out there with temps approaching the mid 50s. La epic snowpack and ice fishing going on.
powderfreak
WhAt will you be doing outside today to enjoy your nice weather? Maybe it will give others an idea of some things they too can do to enjoy 48 and a sun/ cloud mixIn the past three days I've seen people: Running, road biking, cross country skiing, snowshoeing along the river, sledding, kids playing basketball at the elementary school, street hockey, long-boarding, then there is always alpine ski/snowboarding, among other things. You have all the snow sports, plus the dry pavement sports..I'm not really sure why you don't think people couldn't possibly do anything outside when its in the 40s and sunny. What can't you do right now aside from play baseball, golf, or go to the beach? You don't need a green lawn to enjoy outdoor activities, lol. You obviously enjoy running outside and so do a lot of folks when the weather gets sunny.

Would that be after the thread for the 1-2' of snow that the whole region will see next week? powderfreak
yeah and then there is yard work. Haha yeah I don't consider that fun outdoor stuff though. It's funny because I feel like there is actually more to do right now outside than there when its 90 in July. Snow sports and non snow sports all in the same day...and can take a run on the back roads at 5pm without dying of heat exhaustion.
Typhoon Tip
Until next week. Right - check out this air mass coming into the MW, D5 ... The key here is that the offset will happen then too - just won't be as noticeable amid that type of anomaly. It will also modify much quicker, too. dendrite
IDK I kinda like this one. Don S did too., that makes 5 of mine in his digital snow historical sites. How many of yours are there? I know Kev has some. Is this a pic of snow and overcast or sun? Just checking.

Snap a few pics of the rakes and grass and stuff I'm doing yard work in 8" of snow. Trees and branches can be pruned, cut and stacked. Cleaning out the potters, gutters, etc. have to paint the trim on the shed, that sort of stuff. Sorry to hear that 49F and sunny keeps you inside because of a little snow on the ground. Get the stuff done so when it's 70F and sunny you can just sit on the deck.
