dryslot
Nah...never ending winter...snow till may 1st. Yeah, You listen to some on here and winters going to last right up to mothers day, Some areas in Central Mass and Northern Ct will have a snow pack right up to then, It was a SNE winter this year for sure!! Baroclinic Zone
I should never expect snow in April...I only get measurable in 72% of the years...we toss climo. Nah. I just think some people are delusional to think that 40s and 50's in March are not early Sping weather. Deep, deep winter.
CoastalWx
Nah...those of us still hoping for snow are delusional. 50F means its time to break out the BBQ and play horseshoes and hit the lake in the rowboat for some bass fishing.

ORH_wxman
Nah. I just think some people are delusional to think that 40s and 50's in March are not early Sping weather. Deep, deep winter. Sure looks like deep winter around these parts...check out Hubbdave's pics from WaWa...frozen lakes, and good snow pack. I tend to associate spring with buds, flowers, open water, etc. Perhaps that is just my view of spring and others do not associate those images with that season. The avg temp the past 14 days has been just below 30F which is more akin to late February and not mid to late March. Those are just the facts, not opinion. We are def warming a bit this week, but full sun and 44F is not very normal for Mar 25th. The full sun def makes it feel warmer too, so I can understand how that is spring-like...and these next couple days will def more more spring-like than the previous 10 or 12 with temps getting over 50F of a larger area than just a few torch downslope spots...however, for those claiming that we were delusional or thinking temp splits of 41/24 were akin to spring, they should check their climo. Nah, We all know its a one way street, Models always tend to want to rush the cold in and is always delayed, But the warmth works in reverse and always comes in sooner..............lol

BBQ'ing tonight. The skirt steaks are marinating. 50 here, cloudless skies. In sun, t-shirt is fine. Just finished putting out my over-wintered potted plants- starting to acclimate them. Ill give them an hour outside today. You really have to enjoy these early Spring days...it's only til end June before we start losing daylight again! Its definitely understandable to be in spring mode up in Plymouth NH...even your house back home probably has more snow left in the yard than that area. Sugarloaf1989
Beautiful day here with wall to wall sunshine and 43F. Nothing left here from this winters snow's except for piles and snow in deeply shaded areas. It looks like a few nuisance snowshowers overnight and then more sunny day's with normal high's in the upper 40's for friday-sunday.
