Minnesota Meso
B/C of work constraints I won't be able to spend enough time to guess the snow fall for all the locations shown. However I will toss this out, MSP=Zero...my head says confidence factor 5 out of 10, but my gut says 7.5 out of 10. I suspect that most models are showing way to much precip way to far nw of the low track. I just don't believe it's our time yet, major snow event happened first on the east coast, the next one should affect most of the Ohio Valley and major storm # 3 which is not on the maps yet, should provide us with a wallop of a storm. I will however put out this. I think the heaviest snow band will set up between Cedar Rapids and DVN, with the bulls eye being ORD, east of there I'm not so sure. Geos
Bullish after the 0z let down suite!!!! I should add... what influenced my precip calls was how the Solstice storm jumped north as the event got closer. Those who posted high totals for DLL are really bullish I think. What you have seen from me the past couple weeks is not me having meltdowns, but being passionate about things I believe in. I admit, I do have to be slower to jumping to conclusions. To each is own... I am honestly not paying much attention to the end of next week, as I have several other snow events to look at before then. Long live winter!
