Kinda like a hot air balloon. Went from 54 to 45 here in Timonium in the last hour. Maybe I'll get glopped to death when drive to rockville later tonight. If so, how much elevation as I remember at pretty big grade you had to go over. Yes, thats the road. I google earthed that cam and I'm pretty sure it's at about 1800 or so feet.
