Avdave Posted February 16, 2013 Share Posted February 16, 2013 Started out as rain when I left work and around 28 and Waxpool Rd it became more snow then rain and by the time I hit Nokes Blvd near dulles town center it was all snow, big ole flakes smacking against the window.
