jasonli18t
Euro got its arse kicked. And that's coming from euro fan. not in terms of sensible weather. it wins every time. said this wasn't a big deal. isn't a big deal. you can find inconsistencies in any model runs from days out that don't align with the billion variables that weather has to offer. we all know who won again. ugly victory is a victory. Absolute Humidity
Euro also has this event 300 miles further south two days ago. It caved to the Americans for once.

jasonli18t
"euro caved to the americans" that is a good politicians spin. and you aren't saying anything that is completely untrue, which makes it brilliant. it still doesn't paint an accurate picture. i will continue to bow to the euro. in my mind, it has won again. KingofQueens
Radar seems to be dissipating to the west of nyc lol. Even a coating seems unlikely now. Oh well on to the 22nd threat.
BlueSkiesFading
Here in southern Bergen County, we started with some drizzle, then switched to a light mix of rain/snow/and a few sleet pellets. Finally seem to be getting some decent light snow right now, but it keeps alternating between a steady light snow and hardly a flurry. Temps have been steadily dropping through the 30's since the onset of the precip. Now down to 34.4 degrees.
KingofQueens
And the flurries have changed back to a drizzle lol

Big whiff w ths. wrong unless you are south jersey and jersey shore you are not getting 2 inches...I have maybe a bit less than a half inch, its not sticking its still over freezing. The radar is week. Its going to be a slushy coating to one inch for most...and guess what thats what the models were showing basically when you blend them together, the euro had more of the right idea than the NAM this was never a north jersey NYC storm and even for south jersey it will be nuisance 1-3. but no surprises with this storm, its been well modeled south and east

mikemurph44
Light snow here, roads are just wet, no accumulation. just got done helping my brother's 92 year old neighbor, went to back his car into the garage, pressed the remote again in the car by mistake after it was already open and crashed through the door. Of course I'm outside watching the snow while it happened. What a night
Dosh
Hah, barely a coating on the old snow, nothing on non-snowed surfaces. an inch north of me, 2"+ along the shore. What a wacky system.
