NW Chester will do well the next couple hours but as the pcpn begins to consolidate more, the elevated areas of extreme SE PA might perform the best. Grassy surfaces are now white. Unfortunately, my home thermometer is acting up so I can't give a good temp reading. My car thermometer, which seems to run a degree or two cold, showed temps at 39 F at around 6:30 pm and 31 F on my drive home a few minutes ago (say at 8:30 pm). Yep, I just went to take a look at my front yard and I was surprised at how hard it was coming down. Basically anything unpaved is covered to some degree.
