Sugarloaf1989
Freezing rain here now with the temperature at 30F and rising. There is a light ice glaze and a dusting of snow/sleet OTG. It looks like most of the precipitation on radar is already through our area.

Snow Bow
Ripping huges flakes--quarter sized almost. Same here, even still it makes you realize just how hard it was snowing the other day. Sugarloaf1989
I'm 24f and not too far away from you. Pretty cool. Yeah it's 28.5F down in town and about 150' lower in elevation than me. The lower elevations look to be about 5-8F colder than me according to Weatherunderground.
CapturedNature
oh yeah those places up in Ashford and around there are probably even better. Yeah, like between Boston Hollow & Bigelow Hollow for sheltered valley locations - lot of evergreens in that area. I also like the northern half of Union. Any of the side roads off Stickney Hill Rd and bound to find some. There's just something of Storrs on south in ECT that just doesn't do well for snow. North of there does fairly well, imho.
