So chaser blows through several intersections where the lights are out (by law must be treated as 4-way stop) while simultaneously jacking with his handheld phone in 1 hand and driving with the other.  (4:25+)

 

Watch the end of this video.. The vehicle passing at the end is the guy you're talking about. He has sirens and flashing lights apparently.

The segment from 4:20+ appears to be from a handheld camera being moved about and zoomed by the driver.  Why would an officer with a dash cam be messing with a handheld phone for video?  Wouldn't there be police radio chatter in the background, and likely he reporting in info at times during that video if it was an officer?

Hattiesburg tor now an EF-4...

 

"Updated survey information: The Hattiesburg area tornado has been upgraded to an EF-4 tornado with estimated maximum winds of aruond 170 mph. This rating is based on damage that occurred in Lamar County near Oak Grove. Surveys are still ongoing along this tornado track, so this information is still preliminary."

Wow pretty impressive but that damage to the school is pretty extensive, really lucky no one was killed and that it was Sunday.
