Modfan
Wow--it must have really been a warm week down there. And, I thought it was bad up here.......... I get a good amount of sun during the day, and temps have been mid 30's - low 40's most of the week, with mid 40's today.

Damage In Tolland
Nice to see Euro rip down .40-.50....Figure maybe 10:1 ratios? maybe 12:1 inland. Solid
HIPPYVALLEY
At least it's not especially likely I'll return home Sunday to a snowed-in driveway. Glass half full. Hoping there is a tug west to give us a gracious 2-4" but the model mayhem tells me this still is not a lock for anyone except maybe CC and Maine. Don't fret, after the mild week your snow pack is deeper than most of SNE even if you "only got 18 inches" last w/e. lol. We'll make up for it out here over the next few weeks. HIPPYVALLEY
06z was pretty far east again. There are caution flags all over the place with this. Most forecasters I heard this morning both in Boston and out here were being very conservative. Lots of coulds and if's. lol

PWMan
GYX evidently going with the reverse psychology method. lol, it's hard to tell. The disco is pretty terse; almost reads as if they threw up their hands after looking at all the wildly divergent North American guidance and decided to just ride the Euro -- although their 3-5" reference doesn't seem consistent with what some here said about the Euro ("crushes Maine"). Should be an interesting 36 hours or so!

dryslot
Whyd you say it was bad for me? Wx2 fish said it was .40-.50 I can't see the finer numbers but you look to be in the .25" range on the Euro, Scotts in the .50" we are .75"-1.00" up here
weathafella
Whyd you say it was bad for me? Wx2 fish said it was .40-.50 Verbatim per euro it looks like you're struggling while just ne of you it's ripping. That's verbatim euro and not necessarily correct. weathafella
Is the h5 setup anyway similar to the 100 hour storm of 1969?
CoastalWx
Whyd you say it was bad for me? Wx2 fish said it was .40-.50 It wasn't bad verbatim. The QPF shield was interesting in that I wish it was more solid looking. Looked like it may be fractured or banded at times but ensembles looked better. Just something about this setup that could pummel us or give advisory. Haven't had the chance to dig deep yet, will do so shortly.
