HoarfrostHubb
euro nailed the blizzard. was phenomenally consistent. but this is a different set-up. it might be last to the game. Yeah, it is funny that way. It gets the big wound up events, and a funky setup like this it is puzzled

USCAPEWEATHERAF
This setup favors New England period, late blooming coastal storm that just bombs out around our latitude.
SR Airglow
Wow, UKIE is close to an inch of QPF here!(.5+.375+ a little more on either side). Seems like everything is lining up, GGEM onboard now as well, so all we need is EURO and we have a snowstorm to track! -skisheep

Arnold214
LOL CT pivot point? UK would crush pretty much everyone in New England. The coast may have troubles initially with some dryslotting and perhaps a slightly warm boundary layer.

Yup it's going to be tight between a nice storm and something much less, this could be the type of thing where you and LL see warning snow and I get fringed. Don't think that's going to happen, but can't be ruled out. Do think we are in a good place for this though. -skisheep

Also at first, the snow initially may be west as it develops along H7-H5 frontogenesis,,which occurs well west of the low. This slowly moves east as the low develops. SR Airglow
The fact that the GGEM has a bomb with it's new upgrades makes me somewhat confident that Dr. No will not be making an appearance, not sure it goes all the way to the GFS/UKIE/GGEM, but think it makes a nice step. -skisheep
