How much potential qpf left for snow starved south nassau? it kind of does stall, although in terms of precip and snow this was predicted for us. These bands will consolidate and dissipate through 4-5am before moving out. The rates in these backend stuff are high...probably at leas 1in/hr but as high as 4 especially out on LI.
