No, i NYC....I see my parent's webcam view though and can tell something is accumulating on the grass and leaves but cannot see flakes, I'm assuming sleet. It's like a nuisance March snow in Boston. i think its not necessarily that light, just lousy snow growth because I think we've still got poor temps in the 600-750mb layer.
