Temp is between 32 and 33 (i.e., about a degree colder than it was stuck at most of the day.. Streets are snow covered. I haven't been out to check the main roads, but I'd guess that they are too.. Even in slushy conditions, it creates awful driving conditions and when the big snow hits later, it freezes up very easily, making it difficult to clear roads/paths.
