looks like it's building towards you a bit-hang in there

Hanging in here, looks like it's actually starting to pick up, radar looks OK as well, still think I can do 18" assuming I don't dryslot all night. This is supposed to hang around until noonish tomorrow, correct?

going out to measure now, will see what it brings.

SPECI KBED 090214Z 01016G65KT 1/4SM R11/1800V2200FT FZFG VV002 M07/M07 A2975 RMK AO2 PK WND 03065/0214 P0001 PWINO FZRANO $

Thats gotta be an error. no way KBED gusted to that.. Many ASOS gusts to 60+ last hour though. including PVD

ORH  used to have the same issue. Get some wet snow to stick to the ultrasonic anemometer and there you go with erroneous wind readings.

Just under 4" here.  But down by Monson/Brimfield is the strongest snow band I've ever seen on radar, and it does seem to be slowly working it's way in this direction.  Maybe she'll spread some of that love around.

Ive been under it a little while, wait til it gets to you, its insane

I just went out to try and shovel the driveway so it's not so bad tomorrow and brought the measuring tape. In shallow areas I got 10-12" and the drifts are over 2 feet deep already. Feeling good about reaching 24+ from this monster!

Btw its absolutely blinding, couldn't see across the street and it was like a sandstorm on the skin. Just beautiful.
