Brian5671
superband in south central coastal CT is really dumping--on the edge of it here...hoping it can push west another 10 miles....
HoarfrostHubb
Now were are rocking with winds....snow really ramping and just when I went out we had a huge gust...briefly true blizzard conditions there. It is snowing upwards here
Snow Bow
Lucky...I'm on the north side of my hill so anything NNW-NNE makes me prone to stronger gusts. I've been frequently gusting 25mph+ in the last 15mins. That obviously pales in comparison to SNE right now. Im on the S side of mine. Rather be on N side though as the snow often sticks around much longer than here, kind of a trade off i suppose. How much up IYBY?

Mr. Windcredible!
Not often one wishes they were in GON for a storm, but this is one of those rare times. powderfreak
It isn't quite that bad here but it certainly isn't impressive. Time for a break before I pull a Jan. '11 Jerry. I wouldn't worry about it. Your snow comes later. But anyway, not everyone is going to get the 2-4 feet... 18 inches is a great snowstorm, but we knew going into this there would be meltdowns for anything less than 20", lol. Just think a week ago we couldn't buy a flake or a storm.
