Tip - your sucker hole filled in pretty quickly lol.

 

Yep, and i'm down to about 1/3 of mile vis...  Thing is, the cold is intense up here. 18F ... the aggregates are so fragile, and the wind is wobbling pine trees, the snow is just crumbling into part needles and part tiny aggregates.  

 

it almost reminds me of that scene near the end of The Shining

you know what ...i'm kinda thinking that being a radar operator would be a sucky job.  man, this is like watching paint dry.  

 

annyway, rad suddenly looking much more uniform. less shredding - 

 

It's fun when you have supercells rapidly blossoming.  Snow is made for being out in, not staring at a screen.  But that said the timelapse deformation band loops are always good for reminiscing after the fact.  

 

Still about 1.5" here.
