I've got friends all over Tolland measuring for me for verification.. I've gotten 31, 32, 33 ,34 3 times 36 and a 38 so far ... Concensus seems  33-34 so far

and those are all depth measurements too i bet! just sick! i cant even  imagine another ten to twelve inches of snow on top of what we have here!

13.5" as of a half hour ago here in Harwich, MA.  Heavy snow still, with one more major band to go.  Precip still coming from the northeast off of the main center itself.  Convergent band is rotating to the east, over PYM now will be over HYA and CHH within the next hour.  We can reach 20" if the band picks up and stalls a bit over the area.  Ocean enhancement is really helping this band stay afloat.

This is why we don't need the big winds in snowstorms. .I wonder if the big winds actually kept the snowfall tallies down somewhat as it shredded the dendrites?

The truth is that good snow growth will compensate for the wind when it's really ripping. Even if it's just pouring fine flakes, it piles up. What was amazing last night is we still had perfect dendrites despite gusts to 50 mph.

Oh most certainly, especially SE of I-95. And before CCB even places in the 20s were only seeing 6:1-8:1 rates.

But...wind is what causes half the run. drifffttttssss
