Right, Yes, It is whiteout conditions

how much? Dude I am pretty sure I had a 6 inch in 1/2 hour burst last night.I did not post it as I doubted myself. I talked with several peeps around and they had similar numbers, they just said it on TV too, mentioned Garth's town. I am convinced a mega gravity wave unleashed its fury. The wind was as loud and strong in that period as I have ever felt here. Amazing. Kev and Garth both reported the same thing

I feel like I did pretty well with 9 inches considering a track 100 miles off Cape Cod. It's all relative.

The problem in Albany proper is they managed to get screwed in all directions nowadays. Watch the next one be a coast hugger they will manage to taint.  LOL

Gotta say man....glad I move back here to CT this year to be able to experience this one. I would've been dying watching this from afar in ALB!

Just went for a walk and did a bunch of measurements.  Settled depth on our street is between 29 and 31 inches, but they plowed about 5 inches into the storm.  Average depth in undisturbed driveways seems about 33 inches, but with the wind it's really hard to get accurate readings.  Let's just say 30+.  More photos to come later in the photo thread.

28.5"...we went epic last night in that death band at the end and a little after that....don't think we have enough juice to hit 30 though, but we'll see what these rotting bands try to do for the next 4-6 hours.

Wow, incredible stuff, Will.
