Snows already blowing in sideways here. Already impressive sustained winds on the coast. Ocean is churnjng even in protected bay. I might walk around castle island tonight

 

That would be awesome I imagine.  Glad you follwed your calling and got back up here.  This is one of those rare times I wish I was back living in Cambridge.

At Sugarloaf (ME) - 8 degrees at base and getting really windy at Summit. Snowing - about two inches so far and flakes are as fluffy as I've seen here.

 

You'll probably see light mountain snows through sunday there.  Have fun, don't underestimate the beauty of that mid-mountain T-bar lift when all else is on wind hold tomorrow.

Nice snow at Wachusett Mountain (great skiing, but home now). Mod snow at times. Lots of freezing fog at the summit.

 

Got a text from my brother who flew out of PVD to MCO this morning. They were on the edge of the storm, at 36k ft. He sait the wall was towering over them by another 10-15k feet. Lots of towers. Good convection
