The wind is wild out there and I got anywhere from 7.9 to 11.6... 10.3" seemed to be around average and it also occurred in what I perceive to be the least wind-affected spot. Tolland has pulled all state police, plows..and EVERY single vehicle off the roads. The town is in state of emergency. We have plows stuck off of rds. I think there is reorganization of the banding and eastern ma is going to rock seriously for many hours. I expect to have 25-30 before its over.
