About time too Thanks AppsRunner. Toledo's been in a rut as well and I'm rooting for the next one to be yours.

Edit: 6.0" at 4pm. I think you'll easily get a foot if you're already at 6", considering how far back the bands stretch and that this isn't moving quick. Geos
Wow, Rte 31 between Crystal Lake and McHenry has been completely shut down due to the snow. That section of road is really hilly, so I can only imagine what that's like.

Mom says impassable and call the plow but I'm giving it a shot. I dont know about IDOT (in the case of 31) but I know the County DOT hits that beet juice preapplication hard prior to winter events the past few years. I am sure the rainy cocktail this morning mitigated most of the juice. Seems the compacted snow and slush is adhering pretty well to pavement in spite of marginal temps. snowstormcanuck
Man, even the 18z GFS is now spitting out about 1.25" of QPF. Dryslot is still lurking to south and if we cut off for any significant amount of time I think my 8-11" amounts are fine. If we don't cutoff, Toronto is probably easily going north of the foot mark.
