Storms like this are becoming such a rarity here my body wouldn't allow me NOT to savor every moment.
Stebo
snow's more tasty. Yes, looks like a brief lighter snow here before the deformation band moves back over the area.

Storms like this are becoming such a rarity here my body wouldn't allow me NOT to savor every moment. Had about 4 hours of sleep. My fear was that I was going to sleep through the heavy snow. Roads look atrocious.

Ottawa Blizzard
EC now calling for only 6" throughout the day in Markham, just north of me, as opposed to 8" in Toronto proper. Heavy snow taking its time getting here. It looks unlikely that we'll get a foot out of this. I'm thinking 8, maybe 10" in total.

Probably closer to the low end of that spectrum, along with a thick glaze of ice on everything. Not snowing at the moment.
