From nothing to like a wall of snow outside now.

After reading the MD text, I'm kind of expecting a similar scenario to happen here soon. As for the DTX fzra concerns, there was mention of warmer air aloft pushing in later in the southern tier counties.

 

Edit: Light snow has just began falling here.

I'm not sure where the worry of fzra is coming from, personally, for Mi. Critical thickness lines are dropping south as the precip moves in. Not to mention upstream obs of mostly snow. Curious.

Frz Rain will stay well south of 94. Might be a period of sleet as north as 59. Should not hurt to much.

Exactly what I thought. Nice to have a meso discussion out. This snow is absolutely ripping to our west. Report of 2 inches in an hr and a half in Kzoo. Gotta love the latest models developing that trowal too.
