The coastal low is deepening just off shore of northeastern North Carolina this morning. Brought a steady rain here all night. Heading your way where the really cold air is. This is a classic setup for New England. Sweet spot looks to be the Boston vicinity, and just north and west. Best of luck to set the record in Boston!
