Yeah, it would be impossible not to... 

 

Remember folks, the current definition for a blizzard no long caries required temperature and wind; it purely visibility determined, and it has to be 1/4 or less for 3 consecutive hours, which would likely be achieved a couple times across as system of this ilk.    

 

No, wind is still component...just not sustained anymore. Frequent gusts over 35mph are required along with the visibility component.

I thought it was just temps that aren't criteria any longer, winds sustained or frequent gust of 35 or hogher and 1/4 mile vis for sustained 3 hours

I imagine that reasonably small track changes can impact type and jackpot areas. But beyond that I doubt it. Can just hope for a westward shift of heavy qpf. :)

you know ur gonna deform like a mofo...hopefully we get some of that love up here to go along with 2" og qpf
