Best hot tub time was a 4"/hr. burst back in Dec. 2010 during our epic LES bout. Ears get a little frosty, but the Twisted Tea kicks in to warm them up!! DeltaT13
Definite upslope and lake enhancement on the Chautauqua Ridge right now. This will at least get them in the game a little. Side Question.. Why can't I post GIF's anymore? Do I need to subscribe?
heavy_wx
3.5" here with light snow. The snow is pretty wet like others have mentioned with low ratios decreasing totals.
DeltaT13
I bet Buffaloweather busts too low for you....you will end up with over 15" after the LES tonight into the morning...bank it!! Agreed, this thing was a Rochester (Lockport?) special (with regards to WNY)... Absolutely pounded snow all day. That said, I am still struggling to actually measure any more than 7.5 inches of snow. Strange temp profiles, crazy ratios, random flake size, and marginal temps led to a lot of compaction. And now temps have plunged down to 20, the winds are picking up and its starting to blow around. So 15 could be a stretch. Anyway, still coming down nicely.. really nice storm for KROC.
Leelee
Late afternoon snow stuck nicely and made things white and pretty, at least. 2.5" overall, will be gone with the torch coming Monday.

Snowfall rates will have to push 5-6 inches an hour.
