snowstormcanuck
7.3 as winter peaks over the next 7-10 days. This is at ORD. Other locales in chitown: Aleking. .6 Geos 12.2 Thunder snow .7 but that trace will be accompanied by thunder and lightning so it will be well worth it. good job. buckeye
1.8" ORD Strictly anecdotal...big believer that old man winter kicks you when you're down, and let's the rich get richer. Chicago is having an incredibly unlucky winter....why switch horses now? That being said, gonna be hard not to exceed at least an inch in this pattern. I have no skin in this, so other than bragging rights, I hope I'm wrong for the Chicago crowd's sake and you all hit 10".

buckeye
Maybe the better question is who gets more snow the next 6 days? DCA or ORD?
Stebo
The first number that came to my head without reading this thread is 3.7" so I will go with that even though I see the models are showing substantially higher QPF through the period. tl/dr 3.7"

huronicane
I'll make a call of 6.2 (with the hope that ORD overperforms vs. how it has the two winters that I've been here!)

Luftfeuchtigkeit
8.5" Ratios should be very high and if the Monday clipper verifies I think it could push the total over 8 inches.

Geos
The GFS was the most correct on this last system, so that's why I'm siding with my call.

Chicago WX
Nice turnout. Didn't expect so many guesses. IWXwx
Nice turnout. Didn't expect so many guesses. I like the way you think...on the rest will trend south part. It would be nice to see a barrage of clippers. ORD is the poster child for this turd of a winter so it has everyone's interest. EDIT: The way it's been going, Indy and south will get repeatedly hammered and we'll get the residual mood flakes.
