jgf
It seems like everyone is interested in the high-wind and precip event in New England, but I'm more interested in what's going on in the tropical North Atlantic. a cut off low appears to be splitting off of an existing extra-tropical low over the next 48 hrs. At first the new low has fronts, but then they dissipate - Is this enough to make it a sub-tropical Low? any other comments about this? Tropical Weather Discussion doesn't have anything to say about it
