it's not great - assuming you are talking friday. big storm but not particularly cold. i guess you could argue the track would favor icing/mix over the deep interior of SNE but kinda a C/NNE deal on this run.

The confusion here is because it is the same impulse in question, but it has merely sped up in time by a half of a day.   Progressive pattern, Will - models will tend to be too slow, and this impulse was no different. 

 

That new thread should not have been started.   But I am not a moderator - just a truth sayer, so do what you will.  But you are still talking about the same impulse, and the reasoning supplied here still applies.   Flat system with little hope is where it is ultimately heading with unrelentingly deep SPV in eastern Canada compressing the flow.
