weathafella
It may have been almost an inch if I measured every 6 hrs, but I don't care. It was still nice to have a little snow otg and in the air on a cold February Sunday.
N. OF PIKE
like 1.5 measuring every 6 hours here. snow'd from when i got up at 930 am till 1030pm straight.
cja1987
Just finally glancing at the surface analyses into the Atlantic/Maritimes. Geeze, the coastal is blowing up much farther east than modeled even 24 hrs ago. Eastport, ME went from a pretty decent hit on the 24 hr ECMWF forecast Saturday morning to not even a glancing blow tonight into tomorrow.

Yeah crazy awful by the models on this system most of the way...E MA ended up the "winners" on this...in quotes since winner means like 2-2.5" in spots. When I left Natick about 4 hours ago they had steady massive puffy flakes falling with like 1.5" already, we ended up with like 3 quarters of an inch of total feathers here in ORH....could sneeze it off the car. powderfreak
Its like perfect dendrites piled right on eachother. Ahhh gotta love meso-scale snow, haha. Around 3/4" of upslope cotton balls here last night too.
Hazey
Messy storm here. Had 6" of snow followed by 5hrs of FZRA, then a lull for 2hrs. Then another 2hrs of FZRA and finally another 4" of snow this morning. Glad it's over. On to Friday.

powderfreak
Well, since this upslope is directly related to that coastal low bringing us NW winds and CAA... this clipper/redeveloper has brought us 3-3.25" of new snow since midnight and it is still coming down. The Mansfield effect is doing its job right now. Groomers are reporting up to 5" on the upper mountain. With an ocean storm so far away, its good to know it can still snow. Patrick-02540
Whatta great day. Flew in from DC y'day and wasn't expecting anything today. Woke up to a dusting and it snowed all day. Even tho it wasn't a big storm it was still awesome! 12 hrs later I'm drinking beer and its still snowing outside. Awesome! Sucks to be Kev! It sure does. I imagine he put on his jammies, made some cocoa, and watched "The Empire Strikes Back."
Tropopause_Fold
looks like i added maybe a half inch to an inch overnight just eyeballing using the deck railings - will get a measurement soon. would bring "event total" to 1.5-2" but a good chunk of what fell during the previous night had melted down to just a coating so there's only about an inch or so on the ground. weathafella
BOS after this event up to 9.4 for the season moving ahead of both the futility season of 1936-37 and second place 2011-12.

Baroclinic Zone
I just measured an inch on the porch railing. The lightest snow ever. That was pretty cool. Got to watch some of the heavier snows fall late. Ended up with 1" as well.

Final snowfall, in two events: evening of 2/2: 1/3 inch evening of 2/3: 1/4 inch This season is going to end as the most snow events with the least amount per event. That's about what I got. It's tough to produce much with OES initiating a part of it on the winds we had last night for both you and me.

Tropopause_Fold
1.8" for the event total. 1" on the nose with the first wave and then .8 last night - harder to tell on that one as it had blown around a bit.

Logan11
You verified here with .35" While my 1-3 worked out well east of ORH. From ORH west amounts ranged from 1/4-3/4 of an inch so not so good there. But I've had a great winter so only the 2 nd subpar forecast and better than some who had called for no snow
