forkyfork
Tip Jr. The first lesson today is put the models away and make a forecast not using them fine. can you put together a snow forecast map before 7 tomorrow night? i'll do the same using models and we'll see who does better we can use this as a base:
dryslot
I'm trying to offset the negativity. Ryan says the gfs is boring, HM says no. Scooter joined the crew or whale wars this morning so he can see actual snow, Tip wrote a follow up to the Iliad, Jerry is having daytime nightmares about fat squirrels and Steve is trying to find an analog for this catastrophe that turns positive. The pattern has played out pretty much like I thought. Warm and wet cold and dry. I think that changes in 8-10 or so days. But we have another week or so of tracking cirrus. As i was with this being a joke...........lol

JERSEYSNOWROB
SPEAK!!!!! We needs a pick me up. From HM in the mid atlantic thread: My thinking is 60/40 at this point that this is NOT an inland runner on 2/10. If the placement of large-scale features is closer to the GFS, then I could see a more widespread, significant snowfall from this massive Pacific low / jet.
