EastCoast NPZ
Meh, I've reached the point of ambivalence regarding this winter. It's early Feb now and there is no real cold air in sight, so I see next to no hope of a legit snow storm. Maybe some sloppy car-toppers and probably a day of white rain before all is said and done, but I couldn't care less about that. I'll take my White Christmas and go home and try again next year. Every day that goes by is a day closer to October.

WinterWxLuvr
maybe it's just me but friday's storm feels like a swift kick to the pill box. I don't know where you've been, but my pills are already numb. You couldn't program the weather to be more cruel to our region. I still think the final blow will come with a well modeled storm that really gets us excited only to crush our hopes in the final 24 hours. I've heard of March storm around 2000? that did that. I fully expect that to happen. You have to put a cherry on top.

clueless
maybe it's just me but friday's storm feels like a swift kick to the pill box. Could be because NE is in the jackpot and we will be having our normal MA winter. But not that much invested here anyway on this one.

If we're gonna suck, then we might as well get the golf ball all the way through the garden hose.

packbacker
If you guys were to get a 4-6" all snow event in the next week or two would that just piss you off more after what NY/NE are going to get? I am in Herndon all next week, rooting for a Vday miracle.

No, but what will piss everyone off is that storm that drops 1 - 3 inches here (we're kidding ourselves thinking we could get 4-6" here) will undoubtedly paste SNE with another HECS.
