We are the San Diego of the east. The mid atlantic is not a good place to live for weather enthusiasts.

we get all types of weather and can hit pretty high end on most types.. but our normal of most types is pretty blah.. this spring/summer has just had a lot of low coverage events. some spots doing ok.. others meh.

Couple of See Texts for the northern parts of the region with good directional shear and some instability on both days, but mid-level lapse rates and weak speed shear are hurting us again. Friday has better potential for higher instability and stronger shear... maybe even enough potential for a chase day.

Honest question, well since I see DT using them, can you really tell the potential for a future MCS by the 850 vort and strength?  (Wed at 108 and 120 hrs fwiw)
