We curse the models alot, but in the end this may come close to verifying... not bad for 7 days away, and it even nailed the relative QPF min over Messenger:

Careful out there Jerry.

(btw: many people's status is constantly "Viewing Community Index"... is everyone PM'ing each other all the time, or is this one of the new improved server upgrade features?)

Looks very, very similar.  ;)

The only part it really messed up was our storm.  It has the low out SE of Greenland, the storms on the west coast, the high etc.

GFS much stronger s/w approaching the east coast overnight on the 31st into the 1st.  Need a more pumped ridge out west, this run doesn't do it yet but the hope is it will around the 31/2nd period.

Even during this "good" snow with 1-2 mile vis, the moon has been visible the whole time easily, lol. Shows how deep the cloud layer is.

Yup, I measured a shy of .4", but still snowing for a few more minutes so I will go with .4" as the total.

Sounds just like here, Steve.   A beautiful night to be sure.  Actually, I was surprised to see that much here (can "much" be used with such amounts? lol).

Enjoy your skiing on Monday--hope you get an over-performer.
