I can see the moon shining through the clouds a little, so this is definitely a low-topped cloud deck and is likely why radar is underestimating the intensities. Looks like another high ratio event. I can almost see thru it. Yeah it looks great out there. You had 1" more than me in the Nov snowstorm, and a little more on Christmas Eve it looks like.
