Has a storm come up the coast fri/sat (2/8 -2/9) that may include some quick front end snow and perhaps a period of backend snow with an in between soaker. The next cool down will probably be weaker than this current one and the daily means will be a few degrees warmer by then. So my guess is any lows in NYC will stay in the 20's.
