I wanted to feel like New England. But it is snowing nicely right now.

it did this in Feb 2005 for like 28 hours...that's why I like -SN events that dont shut off..feels wintry...of course I will always take a 4 hour shredding over a -SN event, but I like seeing snow fall...Friday's 90 minute 0.5" will suck

I heard route 32 in MD is a parking lot. I am gonna go into wok a little late

There was an accident at the intersection of MD 26 & MD 32 in Carroll County this morning. All lanes were closed for roughly ~20min and that sparked the delay. Things are clearing though.

I think he's talking about near Columbia. Road isn't treated at all, it's a nightmare with only 2 lanes being used.

Some parts of st Mary county got 4 inches?

I just had a friend on Facebook tell me she got what looks like 5 inches - that's not a measurement, just her unofficial eyeball guess, but it would seem to support the fact that they got quite a bit. She and her family live at the verrrrrry southern tip of the county.

I only slept for like 90 minutes....I feel like if i punt these inch events it is bad karma....so I made myself stay up for -SN...which was awesome....but it better pay off at some point

Main roads are clear, secondary roads that have been treated are good, but neighborhood roads are very slick.  Drifted about 4 ft on a very low speed right turn on a downhill.

Very glad that the morning snow verified.  Would have been disappointing for it all to fall overnight.

I should have gone to bed earlier. I managed to sleep through 98% of the good part.
