I am in the hole indicated on radar, and I can confirm that it is not snowing here...but if it is snowing in Fair Oaks, it should not be long here (hopefully)! Well "technically" the snow hole on radar is false. Think about how the radar pulse gets higher the farther it gets from the radar site. Therefore, it is sampling a higher level of the atmosphere as it gets farther (hence the hole). It might "seem" accurate at times but technically it is a myth.
