Heavy snow to the north

Freezing rain and sleet to the north

Thunderstorms to the north

33º and boring rain here

Allow me to vent a little. Son of...  :axe:

Don't forget the sleet south/east of here earlier :)

It's been all rain here too, but everybody is driving like it's an ice rink. In car said 32° FWIW.

Had an hour of sleet/freezing rain here in Ceresco, MI (just east of Battle Creek). Roads have about half an inch of sleet/ice pellets on it. Very slick...

Hoping to see a little more in the way of FRZA and action. Up to this point it's been quite uneventful. Down to 27° in the last hour so there's hope.

Thunderstorms now over Lake Michigan might eventually make it into your area.

DTW has switched over to FZRA.

I can confirm. It's almost like sleet here.

Anyways, some front yard pictures. Sorry for the horrible quality, it is at night.

Looks like there's quite a bit of CG lightning over the lake right now!

Pretty impressive.

Edit: CW lightning lol

I'm kinda bummed that's all going to miss me to the south.  I think even the GFS showed the storm splitting into two areas of precip, one north and one south, with a dry slot in between.  Snow was nice while it lasted.  A quick 2 inches of really dense sleety snow.
