I'm a Philly native born and bred, back here two years since 14 years in NYC, getting used to the reset on best tracks etc. from NYC Metro to Philly Metro. The Philly Metro is not new to me, though I lived in Yardley and Langhorne, and Upper Dublin before that, and always appreciated a nice pristine snow cover, and the cooler temps. Every now and then, when temps are not an issue, it is a flip of the standard N/S bias towards more snow away from the city, and Friday may or may not show that to be true. In the meantime, the roads were covered here in ten minutes and I estimate about 1/2" and still "pouring" snow. A hopeful portent of things to come. Glad to be here, and hope to contribute. Cars covered along with some sidewalks and even a few streets, looks to be slightly over an inch! Can't believe this is our biggest snowfall of the season.
