The news media up here would lead you to believe it never ever gets this cold. But I guess given the climate of the past two years, this is a little shock to the system. ORH_wxman Posted January 24, 2013 Share Posted January 24, 2013 Decent difference between MAV and MET for tonight's low....-4F by MAV and 0F for MET. MAV looks more on track thus far in the evening as it had a temp of 3F by 10pm and the 8pm obs at ORH is 4F....MET had 5F by 10pm, so its already colder than that 2 hours early.
